NAFA - BR Annual Tournament in Lindsay, CA

Fun times over the weekend at McDermontX in Lindsay. After a long 5 hours drive in Friday Bay Area traffic, I finally made it in time to help Judy and Jenny with Mat Time. Elizabeth joined us over the weekend to run her two dogs and we had awesome boxloading help from Tailspins.

I am so proud of the team for racing their hearts out on Saturday and the work on passing and striding helped the team to reach an FFF PB of 17.995, with Ruby pulling a 4.445 run. Judy and Ruby deserve a hands up...

We are looking forward to working our lineups and team passing and seeing how we can continue to improve through the season.
